Everyone should bring a bicycle or one will be provided.
Mini sessions ( each approx 30 minutes for the discussion/demo)
In addition, 30 - 45 minutes should be added to topics 2, 3 and 4 for participants to work on their bikes.
Informal talks can take place between sessions.

5. Basic Wheel Truing and Chain Cleaning
